My sister is generally drawn towards factors that reflected an old world charm, no surprise there as she is an archaeologist. So, when it was time to plan her wedding, there was no way that she would go for anything but vintage jewelry. We dug through our grand mom's jewelry box to get some suitable pieces. My sister is a good fan of designs, so I did some study on it.

There are three broad periods by way of which the antique Victorian jewelry evolved: the Romantic – bold gold jewelry with engraving, enamel work, and serpentine designs. the Grand - the pieces in this period had been much less glittery than those in the Romantic Period. the Late Victorian – necklaces, bracelets and earrings in this period were largely embedded with diamonds.

We searched across the Online for some great picks, and that is when we came across My Wedding Jewelry. The modern bridal jewelry sets that are inspired by the Victorian style are much less ostentatious, but definitely as striking as the originals.

My sister was totally undecided in between the Victorian White Pearl Bridal Jewelry Necklace Set and the Victorian Bridal Jewelry Set with Pearls and Rhinestones. Both these Victorian bridal jewelry sets had been exquisite pieces, both in white faux pearls with glittering rhinestones, but the former was grander as it had two strands of rhinestones. These bridal jewelry sets came with breathtaking drops that looked like a clear drop of tear!!

I usually prefer minimalist, modern day jewelry sets, but even I couldn't resist the lure of these stunning antique Victorian pearl jewelry sets. I too went with the Victorian inspired bridesmaid jewelry set. All the stunning brides who want to look as radiant as Queen Victoria looked when Prince Albert took her as his bride, then shop at Wedding Jewelry
